On the other hand, the Tayrona National Park is an ecological reserve that is extended across the Caribbean coastline and mixes up the beauty of its beaches with the dry forest and the haze that hides more than one hundred species of mammals as it is the ocelot and the deer besides birds of prey.

This is on the foothills of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and is distributed between Magdalena and La Guajira and more accessible than its spiky neighbor. Within the park and a few hundred meters from the sea, in Cabo San Juan you can start a three-hour ascent to Pueblito; another aboriginal settlement that is still populated and that has a terrace system typical of the Tayrona culture, maybe this is what generates a bit of confusion between both places.

As you can see, these two destinations are perfect if you are a lover of nature and passionate about adventure. Tell us in the comments which of them you would like to know.
