Geweldige ervaring!Posted on Roving59292114187Verified Unforgettable jungle trek to Ciudad Perdida What an amazing adventure. We were part of the Cóndores group led by our guide Antonio, our translator Isi, our cook Tico and also with the help of Juan. All four of them looked after us so well, making sure we were safe along the trek, well fed in the camps, and all along the way explaining everything about our surroundings and the history of the indigenous people. Antonio told us he has been doing this tour for 18 years and it really shows with his passion and in-depth knowledge of the people and life in the jungle. It was a tough 4 days of hiking but the rewards were unforgettable. We would recommend this tour to anyone!Posted on Muna JonkmanVerified Amazingg!! The Lost City Tour was an amazing experience! Everything just felt right, mainly thanks to the awesome guides, translator, cook: Antonio, Easy, Tito, and Gjuan. Super friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and they made sure everyone was taken care of! The hike is so worth it. The food was very good. I did get completely eaten alive by mosquitoes despite being drenched in repellent, but of course that’s just part of being in the jungle and nothing the organization can control. Posted on Rebecca and the WorldVerified Expotur - best company to do the Ciudad Perdida What a trip! This was honestly one of the toughest hikes I've ever done, but so worth it. The team at Expotur were incredible. From super easy communication via email when we were enquiring/booking, to dropping us off. I can't fault Expotur at all. Our team of guides, translator and cook were the BEST. Arial was so informative, giving us a tonne of information and answering all our questions (no matter how hard). He's a beautiful soul and we were thrilled to spend the four days with him. Duverney was my support team, always rallying me on the hardest parts of the hike and cracking jokes. Eliecer was an incredible cook, whipping up delicious and nutritious meals with the protein and carbs we needed. I can't believe the quality of food he produced - everything always came out hot and quickly. And Sofia, our wonderful translator who we befriended so quickly - she was so fun to walk and talk with. The thing I was most nervous about were the beds but I had the deepest sleeps on the first and last nights. BEST GROUP EVER!! Pio Pio Pio!!Posted on Climber08014405710Verified Absolute Empfehlung Diesen Trek sollte man unbedingt machen, wenn man Kolumbien bereist. Vielen Dank!Posted on Daniel FVerified Must do in Colombia. Once in a lifetime trek! We did the 5 day trek with Jhoan as our guide, Sofia as our translator and Fredi as our cook and had an incredible experience. Everything was taken care of and was planned through from start to finish. So we could enjoy the stunning views on the trek, get a better understanding of the indigenous culture and experience the jungle flora and fauna. Served food, filtered water and comfortable, mosquito proof beds were unexpected luxury in the middle of the jungle. We fully recommend the 5 day trek for all people looking for a physical adventure with plenty of stops to refresh in the water and getting a different perspective on our environment.
