Thanks guys.Posted on Tripadvisor Rebekka KVerified Amazing Adventure The hike to the lost city was such an amazing adventure! Jhoan, Heberth, and Jesus were such nice guides/tranalators/guides and made sure that I enjoyed every moment of the trip. The food was very delicious (also for vegetarians), organization was smooth, and I felt very safe the whole time. Would definitely recommend choosing expotours, especially with the mentioned guides :)Posted on Tripadvisor Andres CVerified Excelentes guías, fui con Jorge, Denise, Isidro y Mike. Gran experiencia y un excelente equipo de guias con Jorge, Denise, Isidro y Mike junto con tu equipo.Posted on Tripadvisor JenndeuVerified Magical experience It was an absolutely fantastic hike! It wouldn't have been half as great without Eucario and Carlos, the best guides ever! We went as a couple, both vegan, and had no problems getting vegan food (definitely let them know beforehand), and they even used substitutes instead of just omitting ingredients! Do it!Posted on Tripadvisor Travel32049491376Verified Great Tour to the Ciudad Perdida - Also vegan friendly Very cool experience! We did the 4 day tour with a group of 8 tourists, and Guide Macario, Translator Carlos, and Cook Ismael were great. Organization was nice, and the food was good. I am vegan and that was not an issue, they even had soy chunks as meat replacement for most meals. Price sounds a little hefty, but that is regulated and fair for the experience, it also benefits the indigenous people in the region.Posted on Tripadvisor Rosana LVerified Experiencia 100% recomendable Experiencia completamente recomendada para hacer en solitario o en compañía, ha sido una delicia pasar cuatro días en un entorno natural tan rico y bonito.Posted on Tripadvisor Cade DVerified Wonderful Trek Through the Jungle to Ciudad Perdida --- and a super impressive crew. Wow! What a wonderful experience! A friend of mine and I did the 4-day Lost City Trek. I couldn't recommend this trip more highly. The history of the discovery, the resulting fallout, the re-consumption of of Ciudad Perdida by nature, and then the subsequent re-discovery was all very fascinating! Cesar was a fantastic guide. I feel really lucky we got to have him leading us through the jungle, enriching our experience with his wisdom and steady hand. I also need to specifically mention Pilar, who is an absolute gem of a human and an endlessly talented translator. To say she's a translator is almost an absurdity of reduction. Pili is a former attorney, and one of the most buoyant and joyful people I've ever met. Even in the days and weeks after the trek, her story, her presence, and her indomitable joy is something that I still think about. I just couldn't say more positive things about a person. And 'Pollo' threw down in the kitchen --- making long treks, way earlier than everyone else, so that we could enjoy world-class cuisine in the jungle. He is the unsung hero of the tale, and I'm grateful for him! We were a group of about 8-9 strangers, but became fast friends --- which is a real bonus of doing a trip like this. You might actually just meet people you'd want to bump into again, and this group was no exception. Whether you're in it for the social aspect, the history, the aesthetics of the jungle, or some other reason --- I've every confidence that if the stars align and you get to hike alongside Pili, Cesar (and Pollo on rare occasion that he's not hustling ahead to make sure you're properly fed), that you'll have an experience as marvelous as the one we all shared. Honorable mentions: - booking was super easy - pick up and drop off were a breeze - everything really costs the same -- so one need not labor too much on that kind of comparative analysis.Posted on Tripadvisor Arvid NVerified Leukste hike van zuid amerika Super leuke en gezellige gidsen. We did the track, which was harder than expected, but incredibly fun! Our guide, Eusario, and our translator, Carlos, were truly the best we could have. They took everything into account! I would highly recommend this tour, especially with them!

I found this hike to be a truly adventurous experience. It offers the chance to see the remarkable lost city. Everything is very well-organized and well-maintained. We encountered unusual weather conditions, but the guides handled them very professionally. Special thanks to our guide, Carlos, who kept us motivated until the very last minute.

We had an amazing time, the hike was challenging due to the heat and humidity but the views along the way and the Lost City itself was well worth it. Our guide Sara was amazing, she explained everything really clearly, and helped us navigate through the muddy and steep sections of the trial so we didn't fall which was appreciated! Isi was a brilliant translator and a fun personaility, as a group, we had a lot of laughs along the way which created a nice atmosphere. We were really well looked after, especially well fed! We had delicious fruit snacks and treats along the way, and at each camp we had a delicious meal cooked for us by Ledys. I would highly recommend Expotour to anyone considering doing the Lost City Trek, we couldn't have been happier with our agency choice. Thank you!

One of the most rewarding and physically challenging experiences I’ve ever had. Our outstanding team—Ida, our primary guide; Santiago, the auxiliary guide; Danilo, the translator; and Sancocho, the chef—truly made the journey exceptional. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and support helped us through every step, making it both fun and fulfilling. I wholeheartedly recommend this trip and specifically suggest requesting these remarkable individuals.
